Shipping costs
For the Netherlands, the standard shipping costs are EUR 2.99, regardless of the weight, size or number of items ordered.
For international shipments, the shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
To which countries do we ship?
We ship to all countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please let us know and you will immediately receive a quote and payment request by email.
Production and delivery times
We normally ship our products within 6-9 business days. This is because most of our products are handmade and personalized. This takes time.

Packaging
Our banners are delivered rolled up in a cardboard shipping tube. The other products are delivered in cardboard boxes or shipping envelopes. All our shipping materials (including any filling material) carry the FSC quality mark.
