For the Netherlands, the standard contribution to shipping costs is EUR 2.99, regardless of the weight, size or number of items ordered.
For international shipments, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. For EU, expect shipping costs of 4 to 5 euros. For outside EU, expect a contribution to shipping costs of between 4 and 10 euros.
Dispatch
We normally ship our products within 3-5 business days. This is because most of our products are handmade and personalized. And there is also a standard drying time for the ink. This takes time.
Urgent deliveries are possible. Please contact us for this.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your package online.

Did you not receive your order within the expected delivery time, or is there a problem with the delivery? Please contact us so we can help you as soon as possible.
Packaging
Our banners and larger paper formats (A3 and larger) are delivered rolled up in a cardboard mailing tube. The other products are delivered in a mailing envelope. We use as little plastic as possible and as much recycled cardboard as possible. All our mailing material (including any filling material) carries the FSC quality mark.
Unpacking
It can sometimes take a few hours to a few days for our 'banner' products to hang completely flat after they are removed from the mailing tube and hung. This is normal.
Pick up orders
It is currently not possible to collect our products.

We currently ship to most EU countries and to USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Australia and India. On request (send us an email) we also ship to other countries. Please contact us for this.

By using high-quality canvas, linen or cotton canvas, our banners remain flat and do not curl at the sides under the influence of heat and moisture, as is the case with normal paper and traditional rice paper. In addition, the canvas minimizes the irregularities caused by the ink. This sets us apart from most other suppliers of calligraphy products.

HANDICRAFT AND NATURAL MATERIALS
Calligraphy remains handicraft. This means that each product can look different. Even the translation can differ per artist. The calligraphy style can differ. The ink used can also differ in thickness and layering. Small imperfections make the work authentic. It is purely handicraft and therefore not digital.
Our products are made of natural material. Despite the fact that our canvases are of the highest quality, it can happen that there are small imperfections. The edges of the canvas can curl under the influence of heat and humidity in the house, light. Normally this should not be disturbing and noticeable.
For our banners: once you take the product out of the packaging and hang it up, it will take a few hours or even days for it to hang completely tight. This is normal. You can speed up this process a little by rubbing the back of the cloth very gently with your clean and flat hand.

For a tight finish we recommend using one of our hanging systems (for banners) or frames (for A5-A2). You can find these in the webshop.
For banners, choose the same width as the product.
Unfortunately, we do not offer solutions for hanging our poster/banner products in 'landscape' (horizontal).
Returns
Returns
Personalised products cannot be returned unless there is demonstrable evidence of errors on our part, for example an incorrect product was delivered or demonstrable (transport) damage.
For all other products we have a 14 day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
